Facebook Like and Recommend for Your Site

Adding Facebook buttons and widgets to your site will allow others to 'Like', 'Recommend' and share information from your website with others easily and will help direct traffic to your site passively.

The 'Like Button' allows you to place the little thumbs up sign with the counter on your site to hopefully get an idea of how many of your visitors liked the article or post. This can come in very handy if you are trying to get integrate your site with your social media.

You embed the  'Like Button' on your website using the code Facebook provides. You can set up either 'Like' or 'Recommend' and when your users click the button, the counter will register the vote and increase the count by one. Their news feed on Facebook will also update with a link to your site indicating the viewer clicked 'Like'.

When using social media with your website, it's important to make the connections easy and effortless to follow so that your site members or visitors will have no problems recommending your site to others and gain dedicated followers or site members.
